Assure Conference Competition
Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is APM WorkCare Ltd (NZBN: 9429030994515), trading as Assure Programs of Level 2, Canam Building, 87 Central Park Drive, Henderson, Auckland 0610, New Zealand (Promoter).
2. Acceptance of Terms
Information on how to enter and details of the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions (Terms). Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition at any time, subject to applicable New Zealand law.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open only to individuals who:
- Are registered attendees of the Brightstar National Health and Safety Leader’s Summit (Summit) held on 9 and 10 March 2026 in New Zealand; and
- Are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
Employees of the Promoter and any agencies or suppliers directly associated with the competition, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter. The Promoter may, acting reasonably, exclude any entrant who does not comply with these Terms.
4. Competition Period
The competition will run during the Summit on 9 and 10 March 2026 (Competition Period). Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be accepted.
5. How to Enter
Eligible entrants may enter the competition by completing the entry mechanism made available by the Promoter at the Summit during the Competition Period. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, or invalid entries.
6. Prize Details
There are three (3) prizes to be won. Each prize consists of one (1) picnic bundle including:
- Charcoal-striped cooler bag with vegan leather trim;
- Matching Turkish towel;
- Acacia wooden cheese board;
- Set of gold-finish cheese knives;
- Set of two (2) stemless champagne flutes; and
- Access to the Assure Calm and Relax Playlist.
Each picnic bundle is valued at approximately NZD $150. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. If any prize component is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.
7. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries. The draw will take place at the Assure booth at the Summit at 4pm on 10 March 2026. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Winner Notification and Prize Claim
Winners must be at the Summit to claim the prize. Winners will be notified on the day of the prize draw by a phone call to the mobile number provided at entry to the Summit. If a selected winner does not answer the phone call at the time of notification, or is not at the Summit on the day of the prize draw, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw and contact the next eligible entrant. The prize must be accepted at the time of notification and will be provided to the winner on the day of announcement at the Summit.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected by Assure as part of this competition will be used for the purposes of administering the competition and awarding the prize and may be used by Assure for marketing purposes. By entering the competition, each entrant consents to the use of their personal information by Assure for communication of marketing materials or promotional communications in the future in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy and the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ). Entrants have the right to access and request correction of their personal information and entrants may withdraw their consent to receive marketing communications at any time.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or sustained (including indirect or consequential loss) in connection with the competition or the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. The prize is accepted entirely at the winner’s own risk.
11. General
This competition is conducted in accordance with relevant New Zealand legislation and competition and promotion guidelines. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the courts of New Zealand have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising from the competition.
